Kinda… When your service provider arrives they will review a list of all things to be completed, along with the agreed upon service price.  You and the service provider will both sign acknowledging the work agreement.  This keeps everything transparent for everyone

This is the clients discussion, if you have been pleased with the service you’ve received, and insist that the same person return, we will work directly with you to arrange that!

If you are unsatisfied with the services you’ve recieved we have a multistep quality process.  Please let us know while we are reviewing the Quality Control Checkout form with you at the site.  We are always eager to address any concerns, and fix anything we may have missed.  

All services are payable at the time of completion. We accept cash, check and credit cards through many of the popular payment platforms!

YES! We have many clients who prefer weekly and bimonthly services.  We are flexible and always committed to quality, regardless of one time cleanings or weekly- You can always expect high attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

YES! This comes as an additional service.  Contact us and we can give you additional information.  We offer both same day, and 24 hour service.

While we have standard pricing we have found most of our clients prefer custom pricing.  This means we can tailor our services to fit nearly any households needs, and nearly any budget.  

We are flexible, if you have a regularly scheduled cleaning that you need to move please let us know 24 hours in advance and we will work to accommodate your change request.
